As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be joining a dynamic and rapidly expanding independent Estate Agency in Stanmore, combining the charm of suburban living with the energy of a thriving, ambitious business. The role: You will be managing a portfolio of properties, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate deals to a high standard.   • Managing and developing a portfolio of properties in the Stanmore area
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors
  • Conducting viewings, providing expert advice, and negotiating offers
  • Ensuring a smooth sales process from offer through to completion
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
The Offer:
  • £18,000 – £25,000 basic DOE + commission
  • £45,000 – £55,000 OTE
  • Excellent training

Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market
  • Full UK driving license
