The role:
You will be managing a portfolio of properties, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate deals to a high standard. Being a part of a supportive, driven team where your experience as a Lettings Negotiator will be valued, with genuine scope for progression as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of properties in the Stanmore area
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors
- Conducting viewings, providing expert advice, and negotiating offers
- Ensuring a smooth sales process from offer through to completion
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- £18,000 – £25,000 basic DOE + commission
- £45,000 – £55,000 OTE
- Excellent training
- Career progression
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market
- Full UK driving license
