Your responsibilities as the Lettings Negotiator will include the following:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and delivering a first-class client experience.
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.
- Generating new business opportunities and instructions.
- Managing deals from enquiry through to agreed let.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with property management and administration teams.
- Excellent base salary dependent on experience from £25,000
- Plus excellent commission
- £40,000+ OTE
- Previous lettings experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Strong local knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the area.
- Highly organised with good follow-through.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
