This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or someone from a sales background.
Your responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator will include but not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords.
- Negotiating offers and deals.
- Attend viewings and client meetings.
- Optimising opportunities.
- Delivering a high-level of customer service.
- Basic salary of up to £23,850 basic salary
- Competitive commission structure.
- OTE £30,000+
- A high-level of IT skills.
- An excellent communicator.
- A keen interest in property.
- Previous experience working in property not a must but would be beneficial.
- Must hold a full driving licence.
