Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator will include the following:
- Matching tenants with beautiful homes in and around Queen’s Park.
- Conducting viewings and building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
- Negotiating deals with a confident, customer-first approach.
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in with precision and care.
- Growing your patch and building a name for yourself in a thriving area.
- £25,000-£30,000 basic salary + commission structure that rewards success.
- Work with a collaborative, innovative team that values your growth.
- A respected brand in one of London’s most exciting and sought-after neighbourhoods.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator in a competitive London market.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharp instincts.
