The role
- Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets
- Conducting market appraisals and lettings valuations
- Winning new instructions and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Driving lettings performance and increasing market share across the local area
- Negotiating tenancy terms and offers
- Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation and company procedures
- Monitoring KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth initiatives
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
About you
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager within estate agency
- A proven track record of valuing properties and winning new business
- Strong knowledge of the lettings market and current legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset with the drive to exceed targets
- A professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
