This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious letting professional to take on a high profile patch covering Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping, building on a strong existing presence within a fast-paced team at the top end of the London residential market.
You must have a proven track record of successfully negotiating lettings deals, with the credibility to build and maintain strong client relationships across a busy and varied portfolio. It is essential that you can demonstrate strong market knowledge, a confident and professional manner, and the drive to consistently deliver results.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Negotiating and closing lettings transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the lettings process
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties across Tower Bridge, Southbank and Wapping
- Remaining responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies when needed
- Demonstrating strong market knowledge and maintaining awareness of local competitors
- Upholding high professional standards and ensuring compliance with all administrative procedure
- Up to £34,000 Basic Salary
- £5,500 Car Allowance
- Commission kickers starting at 8%, rising to 12% and 15%
