Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Associate:
- Manage and let a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Central London.
- Generate and qualify applicants, conducting viewings and managing negotiations.
- Secure lets and progress deals from offer through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings, specifically within the Central London market.
- Proven track record of minimum annual bankings of £350,000.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Central London lettings market.
- Target-driven, commercially minded, and highly motivated.
- Scaling commission structure up to 50%.
- Competitive OTE of up to £80,000+ in year one.
