One of Prime Central London’s most established and respected independent residential agencies, with over 30 years’ experience operating at the luxury end of the market, is looking to hire an experienced Lettings Assistant to support its well-regarded lettings team.
As the Lettings Assistant, you will receive £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. This is a full 360 lettings administration role, based in the office Monday to Friday, working closely with the Lettings Director and a small, high-performing team.
The role will involve overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the lettings process from instruction through to move-in and renewal, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include coordinating new tenancies, preparing property details, progressing deals, drafting tenancy agreements, managing renewals, liaising with referencing providers, ensuring compliance documentation is in place, and supporting with some lettings accounts processes. The role will also involve providing administrative and PA support to the Lettings Director.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar lettings administration or tenancy management role and a strong understanding of the full lettings process from marketing through to renewals.
Reapit experience is essential. An ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential.
