Key responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator:
- Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal paperwork.
- Carrying out reference checks and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Keeping internal systems up to date and fully compliant.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
- Staying informed on current and upcoming changes in rental legislation.
- Previous lettings administration experience is essential.
- Must be ARLA qualified.
- Strong understanding of compliance and property legislation.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a busy workload.
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
