We're currently seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Investment Agent to join a successful Commercial Property firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced Investment team, offering competitive compensation and an opportunity to expand your knowledge.
As the Junior Investment Agent, your role will involve finding and researching prospective property deals, negotiating the purchase terms and contract, executing, and finalising the purchase throughout the UK.
The Junior Investment Agent duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Communicating and building relationships with investment agents.
- Valuing investment opportunities.
- Negotiate the purchase of new acquisitions.
- Assist with the legal process and communicate with our in-house solicitor.
- Provide assistance and work closely with other members of the Investment team.
- Have your own car, be willing to travel extensively across around England to appraise potential acquisitions.
- Be confident, personable and passionate over the phone when dealing with agents and property-owners.
- Have some property experience, perhaps in Estate Agency (sales or lettings).
- Not be frightened to make lots of phone calls to agents and landlords across the UK looking for potential prospects.
- Based in Stanmore.
- £35,000 - £38,000 basic plus commission and wider perks.
- £50,000 OTE
- Working hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- The role is to start ASAP.
