The role:
As Junior Investment & Acquisitions Executive, you will support the sourcing, analysis, negotiation, and execution of investment and development acquisitions across London and the UK.
Key responsibilities of the Junior Investment & Acquisitions Executive:
- Sourcing and identifying investment and development opportunities
- Researching prospective deals and preparing investment appraisals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and industry contacts
- Canvassing, networking, and proactively uncovering on- and off-market opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and maintaining strong local market knowledge
- Representing the business in meetings with agents and stakeholders
- Assisting with negotiations, purchase terms, and contract progression
- Supporting the execution and completion of acquisitions
- £30,000 basic salary
- £40,000 OTE
- Year 1 bonus of up to £10,000 achieved on hitting KPIs and targets
