You must be personable, resilient, and able to work calmly and professionally under pressure. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and self-motivated approach and a genuine interest in working within the property sector. Previous experience within the property industry is preferred but not required.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying new properties for the business to acquire, both online and in person
- Sourcing property investment opportunities from developers, national house builders, banks, auctioneers, agents and administrators
- Building and maintaining new relationships and developing an understanding of what makes a good property investment
- Valuing properties and preparing reports as required
- Arranging property viewings and survey appointments
- Handling day to day operations and assisting team members across the business
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs, and maintaining accurate office filing systems
- £25,000 Basic Salary
- Extensive structured training, shadowing senior business development representatives and the Managing Director across your first twelve weeks
- High degrees of autonomy and the opportunity to contribute new ideas as the business expands
