Overview:
- We’re hiring: Investment Agent, Commercial Property
- Location: Stanmore
- Start Date: 1st September
- Salary: £37,500 basic + commission. Year 1 OTE £60,000
As an Investment Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and researching prospective property deals
- Negotiating purchase terms and contracts
- Executing and finalising acquisitions
- There will be a strong (but not exclusive) focus on London and Central London retail investment opportunities.
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in a property investment or commercial property negotiator role
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the London commercial property market
- Own a car and be willing to travel across London to appraise acquisitions
- Be confident, personable, and engaging on the phone with agents and property owners
- Be proactive and unafraid of making lots of telephone calls
- Be ambitious, humble, personable, and keen to learn
