A design led and ambitious London residential developer is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to take full ownership of the Sales and Marketing function across its developments.
This high-profile role requires strategic sales and marketing expertise, along with hands on delivery, leading launches, viewings, and marketing campaigns while representing the brand and building key relationships to drive sales and maximise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across developments.
- Manage scheme launches, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Oversee and manage on site viewings led by appointed sales agencies.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage external agents, marketing agencies, and consultants.
- Oversee pricing strategy, sales performance, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on commercial decision making.
- Strategic design / product input for new projects working through concept and feasibility stage.
Experience & Attributes:
- Proven track record in new homes sales at a senior level, client, or agency.
- Experience delivering strong sales performance across residential schemes.
- Highly presentable and confident and experienced dealing with high value clients and ideally investment partners/external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Creative thinker with commercial focus.
- A detailed knowledge of the residential new build market and competitors.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to be front and centre.
