You must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Head of Office role with deep knowledge of the Fulham and Southwest London markets. You will be a proven leader with the commercial acumen to drive revenue, the gravitas to win high-value instructions, and the ability to inspire and get the best out of a top-performing team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Securing high-value instructions and achieving ambitious business targets
- Leading, inspiring and mentoring a team of top-performing sales agents
- Developing and implementing business strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Maintaining a strong market presence to drive client engagement and growth across Fulham and Southwest London
- Building and nurturing high-value client relationships with discretion and expertise
- Ensuring best practice across all operational and administrative functions
- Always upholding the highest professional standards and the business’s exceptional reputation
- £60,000 Basic Salary
