Are you a dynamic sales leader with a strong track record in estate agency? 

Our client based in South Kensington is looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to drive growth, lead a high-energy team, and elevate their market presence.

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for developing a winning sales strategy, and ensure standout client service. You’ll set ambitious targets, mentor your team to success, and directly contribute to the agency’s growth and market position.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:

  • Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing sales team across multiple branches.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build a client-focused culture that prioritizes satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, cohesive client experience.
