This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the lettings business from top to bottom. This role requires a strong drive with excellent commercial awareness, capable of driving growth and delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.
As the Head of Lettings, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow the lettings and management portfolio.
- Driving new business through landlord acquisition, valuations, networking, and relationship management.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Overseeing marketing, pricing strategies, and property presentation to ensure maximum exposure and occupancy.
- Leading process improvement and adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Representing the business professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience).
- Generous commission structure - £100,000+ OTE.
- Car allowance or travel allowance.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in residential lettings.
- Proven success in growing a lettings portfolio and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation, compliance, and industry best practice.
- Commercially driven with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategy.
- Strong customer service ethos with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience working within the North-West London Lettings market.
