Are you an experienced, professional, and personable Corporate Receptionist looking for a new role in Central London?

We are working with a forward-thinking property business with a £5bn portfolio – to find an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join their two-person Front of House team in their beautifully designed London HQ.

With an excellent salary on offer (plus annual discretionary bonus) and other great benefits, including private healthcare and a generous pension scheme, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading commercial real estate organisation known for innovation and a portfolio of iconic buildings across the capital.

The Role:

As Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a consistently warm, professional welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining the company’s high standards while supporting wider office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and clients.
  • Answer and direct calls via the switchboard efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and liaise with the hospitality team to ensure meeting rooms are set up and catering is arranged.
  • Coordinate couriers and deliveries; liaise with suppliers.
  • Act as fire marshal and first aider (training provided).
  • Provide general administrative support and assist the Office Operations Manager as required.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a professional, client-facing reception, Front of House Cabin Crew or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Comfortable managing a busy switchboard and dealing with high-level visitors.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and meeting room booking systems.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Calm under pressure and always focused on delivering outstanding service.
If you’re interested in the Corporate Receptionist position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now. Should you have any further questions contact Danielle Lessell at Collins Property Recruitment.
