We are delighted to be working with an esteemed, global real estate consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Core Sales Manager for their flagship Fulham office.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team across Fulham, managing sales up to circa £2.5?million and offering genuine career progression within one of London’s most dynamic markets.
You must be self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills and have a strong track record in residential sales. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to lead market appraisals, develop effective sales strategies, drive business performance, and mentor and inspire your team.
As Core Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of negotiators and senior negotiators to meet and exceed targets.
- Securing property instructions through strategic business development and local networking.
- Managing buyer relationships and negotiating sales up to £2.5?million.
- Maintaining strong local market knowledge and adjusting strategy in line with competitor activity.
- Overseeing all sales processes from appraisal through to completion.
- Ensuring compliant and efficient administration across all activities.
- Building trusted relationships with clients, maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality.
- £50,000 Basic
- £5,500 Car Allowance
- Uncapped commission + bonus
- £110,000 + OTE
- Minimum 4 years' experience in roles such as Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuer, preferably within SW London.
- Proven ability in leading appraisals, developing sales strategy and managing buyer relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of the Fulham and South West London residential property market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and client-care capabilities.
