As the Commercial Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and securing new commercial sales instructions.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating with buyers and investors.
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.
- Managing a personal pipeline and ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Staying up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
- Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining high professional standards.
- £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
- Car allowance.
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic year one OTE of £55,000 – £65,000.
- Excellent training and professional development opportunities.

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property sales or lettings.
