We are working with a well-established, independent commercial property investment and development agency to find an ambitious Commercial Investment Agent for their London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable team handling commercial investment and disposals across London and the UK.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Investment Agent:
- Source, analyse, and secure commercial investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, funds, and investors.
- Prepare investment appraisals, pricing strategies, due diligence, and financial models.
- Negotiate and structure deals through to completion.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and off-market opportunities.
- Represent the agency in client meetings and provide strategic advice.
- Base Salary £60,000 - £70,000.
- Uncapped commission with strong earnings potential.
- Access to high-quality deal flow, including off-market opportunities.
- 2–4 years’ experience in commercial property investment, acquisitions, or disposals.
- Chartered Surveyor/RICS qualified.
- Proven deal track record and strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of UK investment/development markets.
