You’ll work directly with the Founder to identify new revenue streams, enhance operational efficiency, and build out the next phase of the business. Whether that’s launching a lettings or sales department, opening new offices, targeting third-party landlords, or future-proofing internal systems, this is an opportunity to lead real change.
What We’re Looking For in a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) :
- Proven leadership experience in property management and residential lettings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you think like a founder, not a caretaker.
- Commercial acumen, able to identify, justify, and execute strategic growth plans.
- Operational oversight, confident with budgets, systems, performance metrics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with owners, investors, and internal teams.
- London lettings and management market knowledge and experience scaling a service-led property business.
- Lead the business into its next phase of growth.
- Develop and implement new revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and margin improvement.
- Modernise brand and operations to attract new clients and third-party landlords.
- Build and develop high-performing internal teams and a strong leadership structure.
- Act as a commercial and strategic partner to the owner.
