The Role:

This is not a sit-back management job. You’ll be on the phones, in the numbers, and in the detail, every day!
  • Lead, coach and drive a team of Business Development Executives and researchers
  • Set the tone with high daily activity levels
  • Generate business through relentless outbound calling and follow-ups
  • Build relationships across the commercial property sector (agents, landlords, surveyors, consultants)
  • Own and manage a high-quality, high-volume pipeline
  • Drive team performance against KPIs, activity metrics and revenue targets
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and team output
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise conversion and client engagement

Experience:
  • Track record of generating opportunities through cold outreach and proactive BD
  • Experience managing, mentoring or stepping up within a sales team  
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment
  • High energy, high standards, and zero fear of picking up the phone, again and again
