The role:
This is a high-volume, phone-heavy Business Development position. Expect to be on the phone constantly, generating opportunities and building relationships.
- Generate new business through cold calling, outreach and following up warm leads
- Build relationships with agents, landlords, surveyors, and consultants
- Identify companies planning office relocations, refurbishments, or new space acquisitions
- Consistently build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Keep CRM fully updated with all activity and interactions
- Track performance against KPIs and targets
What our client is looking for:
- Confident, articulate communicator, especially on the phone
- Proven ability (or strong desire) to generate leads and win new business
- Comfortable working to daily call targets and KPIs
- Commercially aware with solid objection-handling skills
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy pipeline
- Energetic, competitive, and driven to succeed
Experience needed:
- Background in high-volume outbound telephone sales, or similar fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Graduates with the right attitude, hunger, and resilience will also be considered
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a team of high performers
- Must enjoy being in a busy, high-energy office environment full-time
