We are delighted to be working with a market-leading company to find them an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK’s largest property and landowners, identifying and securing high-profile billboard sites, windowfront projections, and digital screens in key locations.
You must be self-motivated, with a strong background in sales and business development. While previous advertising experience isn’t required, a background in commercial property, estate agency, or a similar sector is highly desirable.
As a Business Development Executive you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new billboard, windowfront, and digital screen locations.
- Researching and assessing potential site acquisitions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Negotiating lease terms and managing contracts.
- Managing a sales pipeline and tracking performance metrics.
- Overseeing planning applications and site development projects.
- Conducting business development and networking activities to grow the portfolio.
- Basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Plus, Commission
- Monday – Friday
