As a Business Development Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and help take the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Director:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Proven track record in business development, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong network and understanding of the London property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
- Experience and a strong track record in property business development.
- Competitive base salary up to £100,000.
- OTE of £150,000+ with uncapped earning potential.
