A fast-growing property services company is looking to hire a Business Development Consultant to join their ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to work with property sellers seeking smarter alternatives to traditional estate agencies.
In this role, you will engage with qualified property sellers, provide expert advice, manage your own sales pipeline, and convert leads into clients. You will also use CRM systems to track opportunities and ensure a professional, personalised experience for every client.
What’s on Offer:
- £27,000 basic salary with a commission guarantee for the first 3–6 months.
- Uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £60,000+.

- Minimum 12 months’ B2C sales experience (or similar).
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-focused.
- Strong closing skills and ability to win business.
- Previous property experience desirable but not essential (full training provided).
- Confident on the phone and closing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
