The role:
The Resident Services Associate will be based at a high-end residential development in Cardiff. They will act as the first point of contact for residents, always delivering excellent customer service. The role also includes front-of-house duties, conducting viewings, supporting the lettings process and organising resident events. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in three, and one day off in lieu.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent front-line customer service, including reception, meet & greet, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and resident support in person, by phone and email.
  • Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of resident services.
  • Support front and back of house operations, amenity spaces, void management, tenancy administration and income management.
  • Manage amenity space bookings and coordinate cleaning where required.
  • Assist with the lettings process from offer acceptance through to move-in.
  • Arrange contractors, maintenance and cleaning by raising work orders and scheduling jobs.
  • Maintain resident communications, including updating handbooks and local information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resident experience and service delivery.
  • Plan, promote and host resident events and community initiatives.
  • Manage keys, parcels, visitors and shift handovers.
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and keep up to date with relevant legislation.
  • Assist with Resident Services budgeting and monitor expenditure.
  • Use property management software to complete administrative tasks and reporting.
About you:
  • Previous experience working in real estate is required.
  • Awareness of H&S requirements on site and demonstratable ability to implement H&S when required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
  • Positive and resilient.
