An exciting opportunity to join a new on a leading property company on a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Lettings Coordinator will be responsible for taking enquiries, vetting applicants, coordinating viewings, diary management and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

- Respond to enquiries.
- Complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Book in viewings for leasing team.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings.
- Record viewing feedback.
- Manage applicant database.
- Provide admin support to the Leasing team.
- Support with furniture delivery coordination, car park booking and lift management.
- Provide first class customer service to residents.
- Previous property experience would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management.
