Overview :
- Job title: BTR Lettings Administrator
- Location: Birmingham
- Salary: Up to £29,000
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, with some weekend cover (1 in 6 weekends).
- Provide excellent customer service to residents at all times.
- Review and accept offers submitted, including right-to-rent checks.
- Progress tenancies, including carrying out referencing and drafting tenancy agreements.
- Process renewal paperwork.
- Carry out check-ins/-outs and property inspections.
- Compile inventory reports.
- Ensure that lettings legal compliances are followed.
- Deal with enquiries from tenants.
- Compile client reports.
- Complete ad hoc administration when required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior administration experience, ideally within lettings.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work as a team and multitask.
