An exciting opportunity to join a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for carrying out viewings, qualifying applicants, managing the move in process and offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Negotiator include:
- Ensure apartments are well presented, carry out regular checks and liaise with cleaning teams as needed.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate offers.
- Vet applicants.
- Carry out relevant paperwork to ensure a smooth move in process.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date with accurate lettings and rental data.
- Coordinate the online marketing of apartments.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Carry out rent analysis.
- Organise renewals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience working in lettings.
- Proven track record of hitting targets.
