The role:
The Facilities Manager will be based on a high-end Build to Rent development in central London. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
- Carry out building inspections.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
- Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
- Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
- IOSH/NEBOSH.
