A leading, global property company is seeking a Community Manager to lead a Build-to-Rent site in London. The Community Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the building, managing the site team and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to the residents.

- Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
- Location: London
- Manage a team of site staff, carry out regular 1-2-1s and ensure KPIs are met.
- Manage the operational budget and maximise revenue streams.
- Create a sense of community on site, oversee resident events.
- Complete reports.
- Carry out inspections and ensure apartments are ready for move ins.
- Implement strategies and processes to improve the running of the site.
- Ensure compliance.
- Experience in a Community Manager/General Manager role within BTR.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- A good understanding of building operations and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
