A leading Build-to-Rent operator is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent site in South London. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations on site, resident satisfaction, and leasing activities.

- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Managing an on-site team.
- Hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Supervising the planning and execution of events.
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
- Ensuring team are implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Maximising revenue streams.
- Completing reports relating to leasing activities, budgets, etc.
- Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
- Experience leading on site teams.
- Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
- Knowledge of H&S regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
