The Associate Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:
- Negotiating and closing lettings transactions, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing outstanding communication and service throughout the lettings process.
- Staying responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Upholding high professional standards and ensuring compliance with all administrative procedures.
- Demonstrating comprehensive market knowledge and maintaining awareness of local competition.
- Accurately researching market information and presenting findings in a polished, professional manner.
As an Associate Lettings Negotiator, you will receive the following:
- Up to £32,000 basic (DOE)
- £5,500 car allowance
- £80,000+ OTE
