As an Analyst, you will work across the full life cycle of real estate: acquisitions, developments, asset management and disposals, spanning both commercial and residential property. You will be a core part of a lean, high-performing team, gaining direct involvement in complex, high-profile deals and landmark developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisitions, developments, and asset performance.
- Prepare clear, concise investment and development papers for senior decision-makers.
- Support due diligence on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities, coordinating with advisors.
- Undertake rigorous market and feasibility analysis across both commercial and residential property sectors.
- Work alongside senior colleagues in managing and enhancing the performance of existing assets.
- Contribute to the ongoing pipeline of investment and development opportunities.
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven report-writing ability.
- Good understanding of commercial and residential property markets, including development processes.
- Experience in real estate investment, development, or advisory.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently under pressure.
