Office Administrator
A well established, independent estate agency is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support their busy office in the heart of Hampstead Garden Suburb. This is a varied role with a strong focus on lettings administration, along with some involvement in property management and occasional support for sales administration.
Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator:
- Preparing tenancy agreements, managing compliance, processing deposits, and coordinating renewals
- Supporting the property management function, including handling repairs, liaising with contractors, and assisting landlords and tenants
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing marketing materials, and managing client communication
- Maintaining internal systems, handling email and telephone enquiries, and ensuring accurate records
- Providing general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Must have at least 12 months experience as a Lettings Administrator, within a residential estate agency
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and knowledge of tenancy processes and compliance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
