The Opportunity:
You will manage a residential block portfolio with the support of an experienced team and established systems. Candidates from a residential property management background will be considered and will receive training and guidance to successfully transition into block management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a block portfolio.
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
- Overseeing service charge budgets and expenditure.
- Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance.
- Conducting site visits and attending meetings when required.
- An experienced Block Manager, or a Residential Property Manager, looking to progress into block management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused.
- Property-related qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
- up to £45,000 salary, dependent on experience
- Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home/onsite)
