About Me

After earning her degree in History of Art at the University of Bristol, Martha joined a London based property recruitment company in 2017. Recognising the rapid growth and potential of the Build-to-Rent sector, she began specialising in this area. In 2021, Martha sought to broaden her expertise by transitioning to in-house recruitment for a recognised online estate agent.

In 2023, Martha joined Collins Property Recruitment, where her dedication to building long lasting relationships and ability to match top talent continues to drive success within Build-to-Rent recruitment.

A. Facing my fear of deep water by swimming far off the shore in Spain.

A. Sushi! I could eat it every day.

A. Rome. Pasta and wine all day!

Q. Where would you live in London (if money was no object)?
A. Chiswick, I love the pretty houses and cute local shops.

    Although much of our work is centred in London, we also recruit extensively across the UK, supporting both regional and national clients. Since COVID, the market has become more connected and location-flexible, which has allowed us to broaden our reach significantly. In addition to London, we’ve been particularly active in key regional hubs such as Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool, Nottingham, and Bristol, helping clients in these cities attract and retain top talent.
