Katie joined the team in 2025 as our Head of Marketing. With a background leading marketing for high-performing recruitment firms and casting some of the UK’s most talked-about TV shows, she brings a unique blend of industry insight, strategic thinking, and creative flair.
Fun fact: Katie once braved the red chair on The Graham Norton Show.

A: Great business model that gives everyone the freedom to run their own mini business. No micro-managing and I could tell Barry had a genuine excitement for recruitment marketing!
Q: What is the bravest thing you have done?
A: Taking part in Tough Mudder without any training.
Q: What is your favourite cuisine?
A: Sushi - and I was very lucky that Barry and Gemma treated me to sushi on my first day!
