We conducted proactive searches on LinkedIn and Reed to identify potential candidates that met all the requirements.  Leveraging social media for recruitment enables access to a vast network of potential candidates and also allows for targeted outreach and engagement with passive talent.

Rigorous screening and interview process implemented

This ensured the candidates were well-briefed and that only the most qualified and suitable candidates were presented to our client.   Thorough screening mitigates the risk of mismatches, which saves the client valuable time and resources in the hiring process.

Challenges:


One of the primary challenges we encountered was the scarcity of active candidates. To address this, we adopted a hands-on approach. We actively sought referrals when speaking to potential candidates, ensuring that no stone was left unturned. Furthermore, the candidate who was ultimately offered the role expressed some concerns and requested time to consider the offer. In response, we maintained an unwavering commitment to transparency and open communication with both the candidate and the client.
